Appraisals
A Special Note About Appraisals If you are curious about the value of a timepiece, please note that American Clock & Watch Museum staff are prohibited by law from offering financial appraisals, even ballpark figures. To get an appraisal, please contact the American Society of Appraisers or the Appraisers Association of America.

Museum visitors are welcome to use the small selection of reference materials that are available in the Barnes Wing. For access to the museum’s in-depth collection of research materials and archives, please call 860-583-6070 or email curator@clockmuseum.org to schedule an appointment.

Research Services
Research is conducted as a fee-based service by ACWM staff for $40. Requests are answered in 1-4 weeks depending on request volume and research needed. Download the form and mail it with photos of your item to the ACWM. For more information or if you are unable to open pdf files call: 860-583-6070.
